Senior Facilities Manager, Fleet Depots

Zoox is seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to support our growing fleet sites locally and nationally. This role will involve the facility operations of our fleet depots in multiple locations across the US. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple sites with a focus on facility services that drive efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.

You will be detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge (MEP systems), financial management skills, and possess excellent and open customer-service abilities while engaging across all departments and cross-functional teams (Places and Build, IT, security, food, events, etc) at Zoox.

The role requires 30% travel to support fleet sites operations and expansions.

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is$110,000 to$182,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
