Engagement Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Engagement Manager to lead client engagements and drive impactful outcomes. As an Engagement Manager, you will oversee project teams, serve as the primary client interface, and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and business acumen to manage diverse projects across industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in management consulting and a passion for guiding clients toward achieving their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment of project goals with client needs and expectations. • Lead and manage consulting engagements, providing strategic guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle. • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration. • Drive the development of actionable recommendations and implement plans that deliver measurable value to clients.

Project Leadership:

• Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client priorities.

• Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks effectively and promoting a culture of high performance.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Review and refine project deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and meet client expectations.

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and securing new business.

• Support the preparation of proposals and pitches, leveraging insights from past engagements to craft compelling value propositions.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with the firm’s strategic goals.

Internal Leadership:

• Contribute to the development of consulting intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.

• Participate in internal initiatives to improve firm operations, such as knowledge management, innovation, and process optimization.

Required Criteria:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

1. 5–8 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a track record of leading successful client engagements.

2. Must have a previous experience in public sector in Saudi Arabia.
