-------

Our client is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and oversee all accounting functions across several related entities. You will report directly to the Founder and CEO, with a dotted-line to the Director of Operations. This role will be central in maintaining financial health and driving strategic decision-making through clear and actionable reporting.

You will be joining a service-based business operating in the commercial kitchen industry, supporting essential operations for clients such as grocery chains and hospitals. Our client has grown significantly over the years with a diversified portfolio of companies under the main umbrella.

In this role, you will guide our accounting team, lead the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensure financial compliance and operational excellence across the business. You’ll help shape internal systems, bring clarity to the numbers, and support the company’s continued growth.

You’ll also be responsible for producing detailed financial reports that give us valuable insights, helping us make smarter decisions and operate more efficiently. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a company that values precision, transparency, and growth, we’d love to hear from you.

**Please note: This is a confidential search. The company name will be disclosed to candidates selected for interviews.
