We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

UI Visual Designerto join ourMonetization Team. You’ll be responsible for creating and customizing webshops for game partners, ensuring high visual quality, consistency with the game’s style, and strong conversion performance across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Requirement Understanding & Planning
  • Identify partner type: new (starting from scratch) or existing (using previous assets).
  • Clarify specific needs by comparing requests to standard templates (e.g., service selector, special pop-ups).
  • Define design scope: static layouts or interactive prototypes; mobile-first or desktop-first.
  • Estimate workload based on complexity and platform.
  • 2. Asset Sourcing & Processing (New Partners)
  • Extract UI components from screenshots and videos (icons, buttons, cards, styles).
  • Collect high-res assets from social media or public sources.
  • Use AI tools to enhance visuals (e.g., upscale, expand, or clean up assets).
  • Create custom decorative assets to match game aesthetics.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights.
  • 3. UI Design & Conversion Optimization
  • Replicate native in-game styles accurately (fonts, colors, layout, visual logic).
  • Create cohesive UI from minimal references, maintaining visual and textual consistency.
  • Apply conversion-focused techniques: urgency messaging, animated tags, micro-interactions.
  • Implement partner-specific features, language, and product mapping.
  • 4. Scalable Design & Iteration
  • Build modular layouts that support easy updates and expansion.
  • Design responsive variants and avoid repetitive mobile layouts.
  • Keep files organized and versioned for efficient collaboration and feedback integration.
  • Iterate quickly based on partner feedback (e.g., CTA size, visual hierarchy).
  • 5. Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Share insights with the design team about partner needs and market trends.
  • Act as a design consultant for partners: anticipate expectations, handle urgent updates, and maintain launch quality.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience designing for Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and design for conversion.
  • Strong skills in Figma and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work across different visual styles with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Passion for games and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
