WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Act as a subject matter expert on Application Access Governance (AAG) product of Saviynt for internal teams, partners and customers.
Collaborate with the enablement team to develop training materials, content, SOPs, and documentation for empowering stakeholders with AAG product offerings.
Conduct trainings on new features, product releases to external and internal stakeholders.
Work with presales and solutions engineers to guide on AAG use cases and configurations
Perform pattern analysis on customer issues, identify problem areas and work with product management teams to address issues
Provide daily/weekly status reports to senior management
Dissect requirements into usable test cases and a test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverage
Work closely with business and technical teams supporting various Saviynt product offerings especially AAG
Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing WHAT YOU BRING
Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory.
Application Access Governance knowledge is preferable. Understanding of GRC systems like SAP GRC, Oracle GRC , Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Governance is good to have.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience
Knowledge of Java/J2EE and experience with SQL. Be able to build SQL queries and triage datapoint related issues
5+years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment or support preferably in any Identity Management and Governance products
Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting
Prior experience integrating with any SSO providers
Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
Experience with ticketing systems; Service Desk, Remedy, Freshservice, JIRA etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet
Good presentation and training skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Additional Information
