About the job:

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Associate Data Analyst will be responsible for understanding, interpreting, manipulating, grouping and correlating our data with the goal of turning our vast amounts of clinical data into meaningful insights for PointClickCare internally and for existing and new customer bases externally. The Associate Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming clinical and financial data into actionable insights. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop analytical models, and create data visualizations that support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The CA base salary for this position is $97,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CA locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
