The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The SDR will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
1. Research and identify potential leads within the target market.
2. Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
3. Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.
4. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
5. Manage and track leads in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2.1-2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4 . Strong research and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 . Proficiency in CRM software.
7. Fluency in English.
Salary Range: INR 150,000 - 170,000 per month
