We follow a hybrid working model, with the expectation of being onsite at our Paris office three times per week.

What you'll do:

Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including reviewing customer contracts, issuing invoices, onboarding new customers, collecting payments, and reconciling transactions.

Take ownership of AR bookkeeping and ensure accurate tracking and follow-up on all customer accounts.

Support revenue-related month-end closing activities, ensuring timely reconciliation, documentation, and reporting of financial data.

Collaborate closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to meet closing deadlines and uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Assist with broader accounting tasks such as revenue recognition, bank reconciliations, and accruals.

Contribute to the year-end closing and consolidation of Group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support effective financial operations.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to AR processes and contributing to the overall quality of financial operations.

Who You Are:

You have Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

3+ years in an Accounting firm or within an in-house Accounting department.

Strong knowledge in accounting under French GAAP and IFRS standards.

Solid understanding of Quote to Cash process

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.

Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential for this role.

Strong communicator and fast learner, with a natural curiosity.

Nice to have

An experience with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus.

Background in a Saas or high-growth scale-up environment would be a plus.

Familiarity with revenue recognition rules under IFRS 15.
