The

B2B Commercial Team is the engine driving Nord Security’s growth in the corporate cybersecurity sector.

Our focus is on strategic partnerships and integrations. Engaging with clients and delivering impactful business solutions that secure their digital presence – this is what fuels our drive and success.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partners: research potential resellers, MSPs and MSSPs that could be a good fit for our cybersecurity solutions;
  • Run and refine outreach campaigns: execute multichannel outbound outreach-emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls - to open conversations with potential partners;
  • Cold calling: you won’t hesitate to pick up the phone and have real conversations with decision-makers;
  • Book meetings consistently: your main KPI is securing qualified partnership meetings for the Channel Team. You’ll own your number and get rewarded when you hit it;
  • Share insights and feedback: bring feedback from your outreach back to the team to help improve our targeting, positioning, and outreach strategy;
  • Keep the CRM clean: log every interaction, update partner pipeline stages, and work closely with Channel Managers to push conversations forward;
  • Be proactive: take initiative, try new things, and share what’s working. We’re building fast, and your impact will be visible.
  • Core requirements

  • Interest in/or experience with B2B tech or SaaS sales;
  • Ambition and drive to succeed in sales;
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and resilience when facing rejection;
  • Coachability - open to feedback and eager to improve;
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients;
  • Solid time management and organization skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Salary range

  • Gross salary 1600 - 2500 EUR/Month. + uncapped bonuses based on results.
