The YouVersion Group Office Leader is primarily responsible for providing logistical support for the Development and Marketing Senior Team Leaders and their teams. This role will focus on creating and maintaining culture and ensuring efficient and effective use of time. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Senior Team Leaders' calendar, coordinate meetings, priorities, and rhythms
  • Own all aspects of travel planning, booking and itineraries for Sr YTLs and teams
  • Organize and prepare for group meetings and cross-team events by assisting with content preparation, communication, and follow-up items
  • Assist with P-card management and coding, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Maintain alignment with Senior TeamLeaders to offer support, leadership and forward momentum
  • Provide support for hiring and special projects
  • Maintain a fun team culture by celebrating team member birthdays and work milestones
  • Support external meetings from logistics to hosting, while always representing our ministry well
  • Partner with Internal Operations teams as needed to support larger group-wide meetings and events
  • Support logistics of team leader meetings and offsites
  • Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve
  • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change
  • Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
