About the role:

Enablement and Building solutions are the cornerstone to growing the Partner ecosystem. Partner Consulting will directly work with our focus partners by collaborating enablement systems to their practice. We are looking for a Staff Consulting Engineer to join the growing Partner Team at Kong. As a Consulting Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Partners throughout their technical journey with Kong, ensuring they receive the utmost value from their investment in building practices on our products. You'll serve as a technical advisor to many of our partners, consulting their teams through the implementation, deployment, and rollout phases of Kong technology and setting them up for long-term success. In this role, you will interface and collaborate with a variety of peers and partners as well as everyone in the customer environment, from Developers to Executives, representing Kong culture and values every day. Apart from driving the successful delivery of partner-facing engagements, you will also be working and collaborating closely with Kong’s different cross-functional teams(Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and others).
