Job Title: QA Manager – Automation & Application Testing (Python, Selenium,WiFi, Cloud)

Job Summary:
We areseekinga highly skilled and hands-on
QA Managerto lead our Quality Assurance and test automation efforts across both backend systems and end-user applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in test automation usingPython,Pytest,Robot Framework, andSelenium, with a strong background inapplication testing, includingusability testing. DomainexpertiseinWiFitechnologies is a plusand familiarity with cloud platforms likeAWS, GCP, and Azureis essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers whileremaininghands-on with test automation development.
· Design, develop, andmaintainrobust and scalable automation using
Python,Selenium,Pytest, andRobot Framework.· Own and drive comprehensive test strategies covering
functional,integration,usability,performance, andregressiontesting.· Oversee
end-to-end application testing, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high-quality user experience through effectiveusability testingpractices.· Work closely with Product and UX teams tovalidaterequirements and UI/UX flows.
· Define, enforce, and continuously improve QA best practices, tools, and processes in alignment with Agile development.
· Set up and manage test environments and automation pipelines on cloud platforms (
AWS, GCP, Azure).· Possess domain knowledge in testing network devices like wireless Access points, switches
· Promote a culture of quality across engineering teams, emphasising automation and user-centredtesting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 10+ years of software QA experience, with 2+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role.
· Strong hands-on experience with test automation using
Python,Selenium,Pytest, andRobot Framework.· Solid experience inapplication testing to configure/monitor network-based equipment or devices, both functional andusability-focused
· Hands-on experience in testing network devices like switches, APs
· Practical experience working with
cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and DevOps.
· Strong debugging and analytical skills, with a keen eye for user experience and edge cases.
· Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
· Specialisation in scalability testing is a plus
