PURPOSE OF THE JOB (required for supervisory/managerial job):

• develop the business of the customer in Shenzhen who mainly focus on import and export business through direct sales and channel expansion.

• 对深圳地区以进出口业务为主的企业客户通过直销和拓展渠道的方式进行主动开发

• Professionally manage existing KAs and achieve SMEs group sales through professional channel management to quickly increase the number of new customers.

• 专业化地管理现有重点客户,并通过专业化的渠道管理实现中小企业群体销售,以快速增加新客户数量

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved (suggest listing from the most important task)

• At least 5 years of solution sales experience,preparing sales proposal and solution.

• 5年或以上解决方案型销售经验,为潜在客户提供定制化的销售建议方案

• Develop sales channels for SMEs in the Shenzhen market, manage channel sales progress and achieve performance indicators.

• 针对深圳市场发展中小企业销售渠道,管理渠道销售进度并完成业绩指标.

• Driving and identifying customers’ needs based on global business data driven.

• 根据全球商业数据驱动和确定客户需求

• Meet online or offline face-to-face visits and demonstrations, connect with business leaders or C-level and above.

• 约见线下或线上实施面对面拜访或在线演示,对接到业务关键负责人并建立联系并推动销售目标的实现

• Internal coordination and communication among various departments.

• 内部各部门协调与沟通,为潜在客户提供最符合其需求的整体解决方案和服务

• Maintaining customer relationship.

• 维护客户关系以及其他利于销售与推动该产品的活动

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner

• Bachelor's degree or above , CET-6above.

• 本科及以上学历,CET-6以上

• More than 5 years of experience in solution-based sales in the field of foreign trade in Shenzhen, able to have a deep insight into customer pain points and needs, and effectively present solutions.

• 5年以上在深圳外贸领域从事解决方案型销售工作经验,能够深刻洞察客户痛点和需求,并有效呈现方案

• Experience in digital marketing services such as SEM/SEO or channel development and management experience is preferred.

• 有独立站营销等数字化营销服务经验者或有渠道开拓和管理经验者优先

• Customized solution making and presentation experience.

• 拥有清晰的逻辑思考与表达,以及销售方案的制作与演示能力

• Familiar with customers in processing and manufacturing industries in Shenzhen, and experience selling to CXOs.

• 熟悉深圳地区以外贸订单为主要业务的加工制造业的产业业态并能够与企业负责人直接对话

• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT to customize professional solutions for customers, and interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

• 熟练使用Word、excel、PPT等办公软件为客户定制专业解决方案,以及良好的沟通能力

• Strong targeting, planning and strong execution.

• 目标性强,具有计划性和强执行力
