About the Role

Have you worked on building workflow engines or similar systems in the past? Are you highly experienced in distributed systems and data processing/streaming? If yes, we want to talk to you.

We are looking for a Staff Backend Software Engineer to architect services, build features, design and implement API’s, and improve the performance, observability, and reliability of our systems as we rapidly scale our product and organization. You’ll design, prototype, and build a state-of-the-art workflow engine that powers the Clari Revenue Platform. You’ll work with truly remarkable colleagues on complex problems at enterprise scale, quality, and reliability.

We develop Enterprise SaaS products, fundamentally powered by AI and Analytics to transform the way companies track, forecast, and predict revenue. We are 100% cloud-native and build our product using reliable tools and technologies that our team knows and trusts, including Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS.

We’re a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, backend, frontend, mobile, automation, and quality engineers to make Clari a better product. We’re looking for engineers that have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
