Attentive is seeking an SMB Sales Manager to join our high performing sales organization! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and supporting new SMB Account Executives to ensure that they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role will also be responsible for both performance management and submitting accurate forecasting.This role will report to the Director of Sales, SMB.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually
+ bonus/commission + equity + benefits-Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
