Objectives and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Snap sales team and MediaDonuts global team to thoroughly understand client objectives, recommend best practices, create compelling promotion packages, build informative educational programs, and develop effective Snapchat campaign strategies tailored to their specific vertical and business priorities.
Take a leading role in media planning sessions with the sales team to evaluate and implement campaign delivery, optimization strategies, and expansion plans.
Conduct regular and comprehensive campaign and business reviews with key clients, meticulously measuring and analyzing campaign results to identify success stories, pinpoint areas for improvement, and drive initiatives for account upsell & growth.
Proactively engage with advertisers and their agencies on a consistent basis, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across advertisers, local agencies, and Snap sales team members to foster campaign satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on MediaDonuts and Snapchat's suite of advertising products and solutions.
Demonstrate thought leadership by continuously immersing yourself in the evolving global digital media landscape and proactively adapting to Snap's ongoing product and partnership developments. Required Qualifications and Skills
Thorough AM Skill Set: Minimum 7+ years of experience in account management within digital advertising companies (social media, media planning or buying agency, ad network) or post-sales management for advertising/marketing-related SaaS/Tech major platforms.
Growth Mindset: Demonstrate strong interests and eagerness to identify growth opportunities with the wider team and proactively approach clients.
Communication & Relationship Management: Proven ability to cultivate, develop, and strengthen customer relationships through effective negotiation and by driving group initiatives towards collective business decisions.
Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in successful marketing campaign execution, including analyzing timely results and recommending key adjustments for performance improvement.
Presentation Skill Set: Possesses excellent oral and written consultative communication and presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Multi-tasking Skill Set: Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision and under high pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience is required.
It is advantageous if you have:
a proven track record of upselling at scale and experience engaging with C-level executives.
Experience in the Overseas Export or Cross-border Commerce industry in Korea. Additional Information
