Position Overview
X has changed the way people communicate. We now have a substantial opportunity to change how marketers interact with their rapidly growing user base in Korea.
As the exclusive representatives of X in South Korea, MediaDonuts is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Client Partner - X to develop our business with mid- market advertisers and their agencies locally.

This position is located in our office in Seoul, South Korea and will require some local travelling to client and agency locations. The Client Partner - X will report to the Business Head - X.
Objectives and Responsibilities
-Build and strengthen business relationships between X and both global and local advertisers/agencies based in Korea.
-Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client accounts, identifying renewal opportunities, and proactively pursuing upsells.
-Deliver consultative sales presentations that demonstrate how X’s advertising solutions can help advertisers achieve their business objectives.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance for key advertisers, providing data-driven optimization recommendations with a strong focus on upsell opportunities.
-Collaborate effectively with internal and X stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for advertisers.
-Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including activity tracking, revenue forecasting, and invoice related tasks.
-Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously adapting to the evolving social media landscape and X’s product innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills

-Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in digital media sales, working with small and mid-market advertisers and advertising agencies.
-Established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies and agencies
-A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Deep understanding of X and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
-A passion for X and our mission
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
-Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
-Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive
landscape in which we operate
-Must be able to communicate with stakeholder teams in English. Written English is required, while spoken English is preferred.
