About the Role
Your mission at Agicap is to further develop our sales capabilities in the Account Management Growth team, focusing on the expansion of our largest accounts. Beyond sales, we seek individuals who can collaborate with the Product team to unlock new sales opportunities and drive product adoption.
Our Account Management Teams are pivotal to Agicap's growth and retention strategies. As a Senior Key Account Manager,you take full Commercial ownershipin managing and expanding our largest customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role isessential in our ambition to extend our position as SaaS leader in Treasury Management from SMB to mid-market customers.
The Mission:
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of 150-250 customers, focusing on our largest accounts-Own commercial activities on your portfolio, including renewals and upselling, supported by an Activation Specialist for ongoing product adoption.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve 95%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and 20%+ yearly upsells on your portfolio. - Collaborate closely with the Product team to push solutions that unblock new sales opportunities.
- Act as an operational role model for the rest of the team, demonstrating strong SaaS business acumen and financial understanding.
- Drive the transition to a Salesforce model, ensuring full ownership of commercial activities while leveraging support from Activation Specialists.
- Advocate for our customers within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in roles with closing responsibility (e.g., Account Executive, Key Account Manager).

Proven track record of consistently reaching or outperforming targets.- Strong knowledge of software sales, renewal management, and financial acumen.
- Experience with Gainsight and Hubspot is a plus.
- Prior experience in FinTech/SaaS is advantageous.
- Fluency in German at a C2 level and business-fluent English skills.
- A proactive nature and a continuous drive for improvement.
- The ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, quickly adapt to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality, and empathy towards users and customers.
- Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.).
